Semi-Custom Home Building
Not sure where to begin, and want to save time? Reverie has curated a number of beautifully designed house plans that work well in the neighborhoods in which we build. Choose from one of our plans and work with us to customize the finishes to your liking!
Additions/Full House Remodeling
Reverie selectively works with homeowners doing major renovations and additions to their existing homes.
How We Work
01 Consultation
Reach out to Reverie via our contact form or email, and we'll set up a time to learn more about your project. This will allow us to get a good introduction to each other, and better understand your goals, budget, and timeline.
02 Planning
After getting a better idea of your wants and needs in a house, we would establish an initial budget range. At this time, a pre-construction planning agreement would be signed. During this phase, we work with you and the architect/designer to develop the plans and specifications for your house. This collaborative process will allow us to not only design your house, but finalize the budgeting for your new build.
03 Breaking Ground
Now comes the fun part, seeing your vision come to life! Reverie provides professional project management and oversight of all our builds. We keep you updated throughout the process and encourage weekly progress meetings either on-site and/or through written communication.
04 Move-In!
Everything's complete and we've handed over the keys to your new dream house! Reverie stands behind its work with a comprehensive warranty for your peace of mind. We make sure to check in to make sure you're fully happy with your new home and return after one year to walk the house with you. We address any nail pops or expected settling that occurs at that time.
